Surf Fishing Report:
Surf fishing is unusually slow. It’s almost like Tropical storm Chris took our fish with it. There were scattered Sea Mullet along the beaches and a few citation Pompano reported from Buxton.

Sound Fishing Report:
The Little Bridge on the Nags Head/Manteo causeway reported Small Trout and Croakers.

Pier Fishing Report:
Avalon: Croakers.
Nags Head: Croakers.
Jennette’s: Blue Crabs, Bluefish, Sea Mullet and Flounder.
Outer Banks: No contact.

Inshore Boats/nearshore Report:
Nearshore had an amazing day catching Ribbonfish, Mahi, False Albacore and Bluefish. Inshore anglers caught Stripers, Trout and Flounder.

Offshore Boats Report:
Another day of significant numbers Gaffer and Bailer Dolphin caught. Also a Blue Marlin release.

The winds are SW at 7 and the water temp is 73 degrees. Partly cloudy, flat ocean, muddy water, light winds.
