Surf Fishing Report:
Fishing is slow from the surf. A few Drum and Bluefish were reported from Buxton. No news from the north beaches. The weather is not looking good for the weekend with near 100 % chance of rain and thunderstorms.

Sound Fishing Report:
The Little Bridge on the Nags Head/Manteo causeway reported slow.

Pier Fishing Report:
Heavy rain this morning. No one on the piers at this time.

Inshore Boats/nearshore Report:
Nearshore anglers reported Kings, Albacore and there were Cobia also caught. Bluefish, Sheepshead, Flounder and Croaker were caught inshore.

Offshore Boats Report:
Only a few boats went offshore and they that did were well rewarded with limits of Dolphin and Tilefish.

The winds are ESE at 22 and the water temp is 76 degrees. Soggy day, windy, rough surf.
