Surf Fishing Report:
Anglers are catching Sea Mullet and Croaker along the beaches with Hatteras and Buxton beaches adding Bluefish. A few Croaker and Spot are being caught on the north beaches. The ocean remains cold and muddy.

Sound Fishing Report:
The Little Bridge on the Nags Head/Manteo causeway reported bottom fish and Trout.

Pier Fishing Report:
Avalon: Slow.
Nags Head: Slow.
Jennette’s: No contact.
Outer Banks: Slow.

Inshore Boats/nearshore Report:
Nearshore anglers caught limits of Tilefish and some Bluefish and Red Drum.

Offshore Boats Report:
Offshore anglers have been filling their boxes with Tilefish all week. Tilefish is great table fare and one of my favorite fish to pick up at the market. Offshore fishing continues to be slow. Some Dolphin and Wahoo were reported

The winds are W at 4 and the water temp is 63 degrees. Mostly sunny, nice swells, light winds.
