Surf Fishing Report:
Fishing was good with Sea Mullet, Pompano, Bluefish and Spanish up and down on the south beaches. Bluefish, Spot and Pompano scattered on the north beaches. I was told S. Nags Head was the place to be yesterday with anglers catching Sea Mullet, Pompano, Bluefish, Spanish and Flounder with one keeper.

Sound Fishing Report:
The Little Bridge on the Nags Head/Manteo causeway reported very slow with a few Stripers caught at daylight.

Pier Fishing Report:
Avalon: Blues, Spanish and Spot
Nags Head: Spanish, Bluefish and Spot.
Jennette’s: Spanish and Bluefish.
Outer Banks: Bluefish, Pompano and Flounder.

Inshore Boats/nearshore Report:
Inshore continues to have good catches of Bluefish, Spanish and False Albacore.

Offshore Boats Report:
Offshore fleet had some White Marlin and Blue Marlin flags flying. There were some Dolphin and Wahoo brought back to the docks.

The winds are NE at 8 and the water temp is 82 degrees. Sunny, small swells, light winds.
