Surf Fishing Report:
The Outer Banks is getting back to normal. Outer Banks visitors were allowed to areas north of the Inlet this morning at 7 am. Visitors to Hatteras Island will be allowed access at 3 pm today.
There is a report of some nice size Bluefish caught from the surf and the there is that 22 in Trout Kathleen Hotte caught in Nags Head. Avalon Pier had a 32 in Drum this morning along with plenty Bluefish and lots of 11-13 in Trout. Jennette’s Pier is also open. OBX has caught a couple of Drum early.
The winds are E at 13 and the water temp is 79 degrees. Mostly cloudy, rough surf, breezy.
