TW’s will be making our Hurricane Florence donation run to Belhaven on Tuesday morning, Oct. 2. We would like to have everything loaded Monday afternoon. Please drop off cleaning supplies, mops, towels, diapers, baby wipes etc. by Monday afternoon. We are so happy with the generosity of our community. The response has been amazing. Thanks to everyone!

Surf Fishing Report:
Bluefish were caught up and down Hatteras Island with some Puppy Drum mixed in. A couple of Red Drum were hooked in the 40+ range at the point but the big story was 5+ footer sharks that were landed. It seems dogfish were dogging anglers at Pea Island.

Sound Fishing Report:
The Little Bridge on the Nags Head/Manteo causeway reported Trout, Stripers, Croakers and Spot.

Pier Fishing Report:
Avalon: Small Trout and small blues.
Nags Head: 18 in, Flounder and 2 Stripers.
Jennette’s: Trout, Flounder and Bar Jack.
Outer Banks: Mullet, Spot and Flounder.

Inshore Boats/nearshore Report:
Nearshore caught Spanish.

Offshore Boats Report:
A significant amount meatfish were on the docks yesterday when the fleet returned. Good catches of Maui, Blackfin and Yellowfin were reported. Also 15 white Marlin releases.

The winds are SW at 15 and the water temp is 77 degrees. Partly sunny with showers, clean nice swells, windy.
