Surf Fishing Report:
All the south beaches reported Sea Mullet and Bluefish with some Pompano scattered. The cape reported a few Red Drum. Bluefish and Sea mullet on the north beach’s with good numbers of Trout around ramp 4 area. Conditions looking good for the weekend.

Sound Fishing Report:
The Little Bridge on the Nags Head/Manteo causeway reported bottom fish, small Bluefish and Trout.

Pier Fishing Report:
Avalon: Spanish, Bluefish and Trout.
Nags Head: Spanish and Bluefish.
Jennette’s: Pompano, Black Drum and Spanish. The annual Jim Munford Memorial tournament is today from 7 to 1 p.m.
Outer Banks: Spanish, Bluefish, Sea Mullet and lots of small Black Drum.

Inshore Boats/nearshore Report:
Inshore decked Spanish, Speckle Trout and Flounder. Nearshore caught good numbers of Spanish, Kings and released Red Drum. Miss Oregon Inlet anglers caught Gray Trout, Sea Robin, Flounder, nice Sea Mullet and Lizardfish.

Offshore Boats Report:
The offshore fleet limited out with Dolphin and a few Blackfin and Yellowfin as well as a 45 lb Wahoo. Also Blue Marlin and White Marlin releases.

The winds are NE at 9 and the water temp is 78 degrees. Sunny, light winds, choppy swells
