Hurricane came through the Outer banks fast and furious. Major sound side flooding in Kitty Hawk, Wanchese, Bay drive, Colington, Duck and down town Manteo was under water. Flooding water also breached the Manteo causeway. HWY 12 on Hatteras Island was impassable Thursday night. Just naming a few. Power lines, trees down and power outages. The National weather service reported sustained winds 47 and gust 53 at 9 pm.

Surf Fishing Report:
A few Drum were caught at the point early Thursday.

Pier Fishing Report:
There are a few people fishing the piers this morning. Not catching yet!

Inshore Boats/nearshore Report:
Inshore anglers caught Trout, Flounder and bottom fish.

Offshore Boats Report:
No report

The winds are NW at 14 and the water temp is 74 degrees. Sunny, windy, rough Ocean.
