Surf Fishing Report:
It can’t get any better than this. The last couple days the weather was beautiful and the pier fishing and surf fishing was over the top and the Fleet made it out yesterday.
Hatteras Island had Sea Mullet, Pompano, Slack Drum and a good amount of Bluefish on all its beaches. Ramp 43 added a big Spanish. Multiple Spinner Sharks at the point with slot Drum and Puppy Drum were reported on the Frisco beaches.
We also had Puppy Drum south of the OBX Pier and the Inlet. Stephen Brown caught and released a Big Drum in Duck yesterday. Bluefish, Trout, Sea Mullet and Flounder scattered up and down the beaches.

Sound Fishing Report:
The Little Bridge on the Nags Head/Manteo causeway reported Trout, a few keepers and Stripers.

Pier Fishing Report:
Avalon: Bluefish and Trout.
Nags Head: Trout.
Jennette’s: Bluefish and Speckle Trout.
Outer Banks: Bluefish, Spanish and Trout.

Inshore Boats/nearshore Report:
Nearshore caught Spanish and inshore decked Specks, King Mackerel and Puppy Drum.

Offshore Boats Report:
The offshore fleet finally made it out after several days of bad weather. It was a good day catching Blackfin, Yellowfin and one boat limited out on Mahi.

The winds are NW at 22 and the water temp is 68 degrees. Sunny, windy, rough Ocean.
