Surf Fishing Report:
Not many people were hanging on the beaches yesterday due to rain and wind, but it was good for the ones that did. Bluefish continues to bite up and down on all the beaches south of Oregon inlet with scattered Puppy Drum and Trout. North of the Inlet we had Trout, Sea Mullet and Bluefish scattered also. Good Drum fishing in S. Nags head. It was a good morning but midday the rain began. Overall the fishing is good.

Sound Fishing Report:
The Little Bridge on the Nags Head/Manteo causeway reported slow, few Stripers.

Pier Fishing Report:
Avalon: Small Bluefish, Spot and Trout.
Nags Head: Sea Mullet.
Jennette’s: Bluefish and Spot.
Outer Banks: Spot, bluefish, Black Drum and Speckle Trout.

Inshore Boats/nearshore Report:
No report.

Offshore Boats Report:
A windy weekend but the fleet managed. It was a good Blackfin bite and there were Dolphin and Wahoo also.

The winds are SW at 19 and the water temp is 66 degrees. Cloudy, clean swells with a hard offshore wind. Surfers are out this morning.
