Thursday was a rough day. There was a report of a break in the afternoon and citations were caught at the Cape and Bluefish along the beaches. Hatteras reported slot Black Drum and Puppy Drum. Lots of small Trout have been reported north of the Inlet when the weather permitted.
The Little Bridge has been slow this week with not many people fishing. I did hear a couple of keeper Trout caught Wednesday.
The Piers are slow getting started this morning. The good news is the weekend and the week ahead looks good weather wise and there should be fish caught.
The winds are W at 17 and the water temp is 59 degrees. Sunny, windy, nice swells.
