Surf Fishing Report:
The Hatteras Island beaches reporting Black Drum and Specks scattered with a good Flounder bite at ramp 43. Buxton, Frisco and Hatteras had some Puppy Drum. Not much action reported on this side of the bridge other than some Trout. John Joyce caught a monster citation Trout last night.
Jennette’s Pier fishermen caught Puffers, Trout and Dogfish.
Sound fishermen are catching Stripers.
The air temp is 35 degrees this morning and the NW winds makeing it much colder. Wind chill is 21.
The winds are NW at 23 and the water temp is 55 degrees. Sunny, high winds, white caps.
