Today is the second day of TW’s tent sale. Some good stuff on sale.

 

Surf Fishing Report:
Surf fishing is slow overall. A few bottom fish and small Bluefish.

 

The winds are SW at 11 and the water temp is 72 degrees. Hot today, going to be hotter tomorrow, stay hydrated, waters flat, pretty clear.


Sound Fishing Report:

The Little Bridge on the Nags Head/Manteo causeway catching Trout, Black Drum and a couple of throwback Flounder this morning.


Pier Fishing Report:
Avalon: Blues and Sea Mullet.

Nags Head: Bluefish and Spanish.

Jennette’s: Spanish and Bluefish.

Outer Banks: Blues and Spanish

Inshore Boats/nearshore Report:

Nearshore reported plenty of Bluefish, good catches of Spanish and Albacore. Inshore and Nearshore had excellent Cobia fishing. There were citations, the biggest Cobia weighed in at 73 lbs.

 

Offshore Boats Report:
The fishing slowed for the fleet and yet plenty of fish were caught. There were limits of Yellowefin, a few Wahoo and a very few Dolphin. There were a couple of very big Bigeyes caught.
