Fantastic Fishing
Happy Memorial Day weekend! We sure hope you are enjoying this beautiful weekend on the water!
It truly has been fantastic fishing lately! From offshore to nearshore, surf and sound, anglers are reelin’ in some pretty fish!
Trout fishing in the sound continues to be hot! Inshore charters have been filling their coolers! If you’re kayak fishing or wade fishing you’ll probably find yourself in the meat!There are still nice Bluefish, Puppy Drum, and some Sheepshead in the Sound as well. Surf fishing has seen some good Sea Mullet action as well as some Bluefish. If you’ve been on the piers, you’ve probably seen Spanish, Blues, and Sea Mullet.
Boats going out the inlet have headed offshore in search for Yellowfins, Dolphins, and Tilefish! Today sounded like an epic day for Tunas and Dolphin! Those that stayed nearshore have caught Cobia, Spanish, Bluefish, and Drum. We weighed quite a few Cobia and we know a few of you are eating good tonight!
