Between the summer heat and summer storms, the fishing continues to carry on!
🎣 Pier Fishing: We have seen good reports of Spanish, Spot and Croaker from the piers. Nags Head Pier caught all the Spot you could want yesterday and plenty of Spanish today! There were a few reports of some Bluefish from the piers as well.

🐟 Surf fishing: It continues to be pretty similar fishing with some Sea Mullet caught along with Spot and Croaker. There are definitely some Sharks to be caught as well! Jeremy Clark, Nathon Gentry, Jacob Lively, and Mikey Henson caught a nice Hammerhead off of Ramp 43!

🌊 Inshore fishing: Seems to be better than the beginning of the month after that intense heat we had! Even with warmer temps, the soundside fishing has been great for Speckled Trout, Puppy Drum, and a few Sheepshead and Bluefish. The nearshore boats are still catching nice big Drum, Triggerfish, and Spanish.

🛥️ Offshore fishing: It continues to be good Mahi fishing along with plenty of Billfish releases and some more Tunas! The 22nd Annual Boat Builders Fishing Tournament kicks off fishing tomorrow through Saturday! Good luck to all boats and participants!
