Corolla to Nags Head Sound
Ocracoke Sound
Fishing is heating back up as the wind and weather begins to stabilize. The forecast for the weekend looks beautiful and the fishing should be great!

The Sheepshead are still being caught down at the Bonner Bridge Pier, Jennettes Pier, and just about any of the soundside bridges! We have even weighed a handful of Citations the last couple days! Anglers are having good luck catching them on Fiddler Crabs, Sandfleas, and cut Peeler Crab.

Soundside fishing from the Currituck Sound down to Ocracoke has been very good the last couple of days. It seems there are Drum from one end of the Outer Banks to the other. Eric Anderson sent us some pictures of a few Citation size Drum that he and his crew caught and released on the soundside of Frisco this week! There has been a decent amount of Trout being caught aswell, although it seems the bigger fish have been coming from the anglers using live, or cut bait.

Offshore, the Yellowfin Tuna bite picked back up the last 2 days. We talked to Joe from the Afishionado this morning, they had a limit at 10am and were headed home early! There has also been a good number of Wahoo and gaffer Dolphin being caught. The anglers bottom fishing have been getting good numbers of Tilefish, Amberjack, and a few Grouper.
