Great Fishing
Lots of boats made it through the inlet and the fishing was steady from the piers and the surf! There were good reports of Sheepshead, Spanish, Bluefish, and Cobia all weekend. There have also been some Bonita and Black Sea Bass as well. Ryan Gregory and his son got after the Sheepshead bite. We also got to see some pretty Sheepshead speared as well! @stefanturko and @quentin_turko haven’t given up on the Cobias yet and Quentin came by the shop to weigh a beauty weighing in at 54.5lbs! @saltywatersobxfishing had a great charter getting a nice Cobia as well. @fowlhookedsportfishing had a great trip with Spanish and Cobia! @fishpleazecharters did some work on Bluefish! @stick_em_obx had some great fishing this weekend with Puppy Drum, Sheepshead, Spanish, and Black Sea Bass! @outcastfishingobx got in on the Sheepshead and @kingfisherchartersobx @rrhotography found some nice Drum!
There have also been reports of Sea Mullet, Spanish, Bluefish, Croacker, and Trout caught from the surf and piers!
The offshore fishing has been steady with Tunas, Wahoo, and Mahis! @finplannersportfishing and @afishionadocharters have been bringing plenty of fish back to the docks. There have also been some Blue Marlin releases as well!
