Offshore from Oregon Inlet
Inshore from Oregon Inlet
Corolla to Nags Head Piers
Corolla to Nags Head Sound

Even though the weather was not the most cooperative this week, there were still fish caught in between the summer squalls! It looks like it’s shaping up to be a decent afternoon so we hope you are able to get out and fish!

Overall fishing was a little slower this week, but there are still plenty of Sea Mullet, Puppy Drum, and Spanish being caught. The piers have been catching Bluefish, Spot, Sea Mullet, Triggerfish, and Sheepshead. There are still Trout and Drum being caught soundside. Apparently, it’s been good Flounder and Striper fishing too! We should see some good Bluefish and Spanish fishing with this temporary wind switch.

Boats fishing offshore have been catching Tunas, Dolphin, Tilefish, and Wahoos when they’ve been able to make it out! Tournament season is around the corner!
