Local's Summer Is Here
It’s finally feeling like the local’s summer we’ve been waiting for!
There were plenty of Drum caught throughout the week and we’re hoping to see more caught throughout the weekend. Lots of action from the piers all along the beaches and inshore as well. Stop by the shop to grab your fresh bait! We have Fingers, Cobs, and bigger Mullet too.
The inshore bite continues to be good Puppy Drum, Bluefish, Trout, and Flounder fishing. There have also been some Sheepshead caught as well. Lots of anglers on the Bonner Bridge and Little Bridge. Get out there at dawn and dusk for your best chance.
The surf fishing has been good Bluefish fishing. There have also been some Pompano caught and a few Drum. Maggie caught a nice Black Drum yesterday!
Offshore boats have been able to get back out the last few days. Lots of Tunas and Mahi coming back to the docks. There have been a few Billfish caught and they have been getting Wahoos down south.
