Nice Dolphin Fishing
Anglers are fishing all over our island! We’re seeing fish being caught from the piers, the surf, in the sound, and reports are coming in from the northern beaches all the way to the Ocracoke!
The piers have reported Sea Mullet, Spot, Bluefish, Sheepshead and some Triggerfish as well. Surf fishing has also been productive with reports of Sea Mullet, Spot, Sharks, and some Pompano further south. Soundside fishing continues to be consistent with Trout, Drum, and Sheepshead!
We’re excited to see what the offshore fleet has in store for them as tomorrow starts the Boat Builders Tournament. Recent trips have produced nice Dolphin fishing.
@finplannersportfishing and @captbc_sportfishing have loaded the docks with their catches! Fin Planner got a Blue and White Marlin today as well!
