Corolla to Nags Head Piers

Corolla to Nags Head Sound

We’re close to only being one week away from our annual Oyster Roast! We hope you can join us for our 44th Annual Oyster Roast Saturday, November 23rd. From 1-5PM, we’ll have fresh Oysters, cold beer, and much more!

Hopefully, you were able to get out and fish today before the front pushes in overnight. Piers have been reporting Puppy Drum, Black Drum, Speckled Trout, and Sea Mullet. Big Drum fishing south of Oregon Inlet continues to be productive. Surf fishing Sea Mullet fishing on the beaches has been good. Fishbites, Shrimp, and Sand Fleas have been good baits for the Sea Mullet. There are still reports of Sheepsheads around the bridges as well. Once the this cold front pushes out and the water calms, expect to see good Trout fishing off the beaches!

Offshore fishing has been good Marlin fishing and Mahi fishing when boats are able to make it out.

Hunting season has been good for deer hunters, duck hunters, and bear hunters!
