It’s been a fishy start to June! From Trout to Yellowfin, it’s been an incredible start to the season!

Cobia are still being caught nearshore! Matthew Burby is pictured with a 42lber and Perry Newbern is pictured with his 20lber! Way to go guys! Spanish and Bluefish continue to be caught nearshore as well!

The Trout fishing continues to be on fire in the sound! Greg Erwin stopped by the shop this morning with his 28.5” Trout, which puts him in third place for our Coastal Angler Fishing Tournament. There is still time to enter the series! Stop by and sign up today if you want in on a chance to get on the leaderboard with the chance to win some sweet prizes. There have also been reports of Bluefish, Puppy Drum, and Sheepshead in the sound as well.

Surf fishing reports continue to be reports of Bluefish, Sea Mullet, and Puppy Drum. The piers have been reporting Sheepshead, Spanish, Bluefish, Spot, and Sea Mullet. Depending on your rigs, choice of bait, and time of day will delegate your catches!

We cannot forget to mention the fresh water fishing! The bass fishing has been quite been quite rewarding for anglers staying inland to catch a fish! Frances Hines caught a beautiful Bass while fishing in East Lake recently!

Offshore boats continue to find their limits of Yellowfin. Some boats have been catching Mahi and Blue Marlin as well. Shout out to @finplannersportfishing on their incredible Tuna fishing!
