Surf Fishing Report:
Small bottom fish, Bluefish and Trout all along the beaches.
The winds are NE at 7 and the water temp is 68 degrees.
Sound Fishing Report:
The Little Bridge on the Nags Head/Manteo causeway reported small Trout and small Rockfish.
Pier Fishing Report:
Avalon: Blues, Trout, Puffers and Sea Mullet.
Nags Head: Blues, Spot, Sea Mullet and a Red Drum
Jennette’s: Bluefish, Puffers, Gray Trout and Specks.
Outer Banks: Spot, Blues, Trout, Sea Mullet and Puffers.
Inshore Boats/Nearshore Report:
The inshore fleet decked good numbers of Bluefish, Spanish and some Albacore. Anglers fishing inshore caught 6 Red Drum. The Headboat caught Flounder, Sea mullet, Sea bass, Puffers and Croakers.
Offshore Boats Report:
Blackfin Tuna was the fish to catch yesterday with numerous citations. Good catches of Yellowfin were caught, several Wahoo and a decent catch of Dolphin. There was one White Marlin release.
