Surf Fishing Report:
The skies are overcast, the wind is blowing and the temp dropped 15 degrees. The pier fishermen brought out the coats this morning. The water is high and rough. It should lay out tonight. Fishing will improve.
The winds are NE at 19 and the water temp is 68 degrees.
Sound Fishing Report:
The Little Bridge on the Nags Head/Manteo causeway reported slow.
Pier Fishing Report:
Avalon: Small Spot, Black Drum, Sea Mullet.
Nags Head: Slow.
Jennette’s: Spot, Black Drum, Puffers and a 47 in Drum
Outer Banks: Small stuff, Black Drum, Blow toads and Sea Mullet.
Inshore Boats/Nearshore Report:
The anglers inshore and nearshore are catching a fair amount of nice size Blues.
Offshore Boats Report:
The offshore boats caught a significant amount of Dolphin, some Blackfin and nice Yellowfin. They caught Wahoo and Green Jacks as well.
