Surf Fishing Report:
Good Drum fishing on the northern beaches yesterday. Also Sea Mullet, small Trout and Black Drum. There should be more of the same today.
The wind is SE this morning. Water is 70 degrees.
Sound Fishing Report:
The Little Bridge on the Nags Head/Manteo causeway reported slow.
Pier Fishing Report:
Avalon: Spot and Drum. Caught more than 50 Reds last night.
Nags Head: Sea Mullet and Spot.
Jennette’s: Black Drum and 4 Reds. Caught 44 yesterday.
Outer Banks: Spot, Black Drum, Croaker, Pompano and 3 Reds.
Inshore Boats/Nearshore Report:
Nearshore caught their limits of Bluefish. Good Bluefish and Puppy Drum catches for
Inshore boats.
Offshore Boats Report:
The high winds kept the fleet laid to the docks again yesterday.
