Surf Fishing Report:
There were Drum beached, scattered Sea Mullet and few Spot on our Northern beaches yesterday. Fishing should improve some today. Water is cleaner.
We have SW wind at 7 and the water temp is 68 degrees.
Sound Fishing Report:
The Little Bridge on the Nags Head/Manteo causeway reported slow.
Pier Fishing Report:
Avalon: 2 Red Drum, Sea Mullet, and one citation.
Nags Head: Trout, Spot, Croaker, Sea Mullet and Pompano.
Jennette’s: Gray Trout, Blues and Black Drum.
Outer Banks: Trout, Gray Trout, Black Drum and nice Sea Mullet.
Inshore Boats/Nearshore Report:
Nearshore anglers brought in Triggers, Blues and Sea Bass. Nearshore caught Gray Trout, some Flounder, and plenty of Red Drum.
Offshore Boats Report:
The fleet had good catches of Dolphin, some Yellowfin and Blackfin, few Wahoo, Tilefish and False Albacore.
