TW's Daily Fishing Report. 10/22/14
Surf Fishing Report:
Anglers caught Drum and Blues Tuesday. There were small Trout reported up and down our beaches yesterday.
The NW wind is 17 this morning and gusting. The water is clear and calm, temp is 68 degrees.
Sound Fishing Report:
The Little Bridge on the Nags Head/Manteo causeway reported small Trout yesterday, Slow this morning.
Pier Fishing Report:
Avalon: Sea Mullet and Pompano. Lost a big Drum.
Nags Head: Spot, Sea Mullet and Croaker.
Jennette’s: Bluefish.
Outer Banks: Sea Mullet and a Pompano.
Inshore Boats/Nearshore Report:
The nearshore boats had good catches of Bluefish. The inshore charters reported a mix of Sea Bass, Drum, Trout, Bluefish, and Triggers
Offshore Boats Report:
Blue Water fleet brought Yellowfin, Blackfin, some Dolphin, few Wahoo and a King Mackerel back to the docks.
