Surf Fishing Report:
Rays and Spanish at the point. Sea Mullet scattered. I have Hatteras Island news . Due to erosion the south end of ramp 44's bypass rd has been temporarily closed. I have pictures.
There is no news from the north beaches. Fishing should surly start picking up from all the beaches today.

Sound Fishing Report:
The Little Bridge on the Nags Head/Manteo causeway reported slow. No news from the bridge yet. I thought since the wind has switched I would get lots of good stuff to write about this morning.

Pier Fishing Report:
Avalon: Bluefish and Mullet.
Nags Head: Bluefish, Spot and Flounder.
Jennette’s: Bluefish.
Outer Banks: Mullet and Pompano.

Inshore Boats/nearshore Report:
Nearshore reported Ribbonfish, Amberjack, Albacore, Spanish and small Cobia. Inshure Drum, Trout and Bluefish.

Offshore Boats Report:
A lot of the fleet have been cpmpeting in the White Marlin Open . Those that fished caught Tilefish, some Wahoo and plenty Dolphin. There are Billfish releases as well.

The winds are NE at 2 and the water temp is 71 degrees. Sunny, light winds, small swells.
