Surf Fishing Report:
Fishing was good from the surf yesterday as expected. Drum, Black Drum and Sea Mullet caught from all our beaches. Lots of Bluefish caught on metal yesterday at the inlet. It will be another good day for fishing. Wind is NE at 23 and the water temp has dropped again to 63.
Sound Fishing Report:
The Little Bridge on the Nags Head/Manteo causeway reported few Trout and Flounder.
Pier Fishing Report:
Avalon: Big Drum blitz going on at Avalon Pier. 42 as I speak. 8:30 am, Lots of Sea Mullet.
Nags Head: Sea Mullet.
Jennette’s: Bluefish, Sea Mullet, Gray Trout and Croaker.
Outer Banks: Sea Mullet.
Inshore Boats/Nearshore Report:
One inshore boat braved the rough conditions and caught 24 Drum.
Offshore Boats Report:
The blow kept the boats at the docks.
