Surf Fishing Report:
Great surf fishing and Pier fishing yesterday. Plenty of Drum, Spot and some Sea Mullet up and down our beaches. Keep the pictures and catch info coming.
We have the same conditions today as yesterday with lighter winds. N winds at 3 and the water temp is 72 degrees
Sound Fishing Report:
The Little Bridge on the Nags Head/Manteo causeway reported Trout and Stripers.
Pier Fishing Report:
Avalon: Spot, Sea Mullet and Blues.
Nags Head: Spot and Trout.
Jennette’s: Spot, Sea Mullet and Blues.
Outer Banks: Spot. Filled buckets full yesterday at low tide. One person caught 250 Spot.
Inshore Boats/Nearshore Report:
Inshore boats reported plenty of Drum. Nearshore fleet brought lots of Bluefish, a few Amberjack, some Sea Mullet, Spanish and Albacore back to the dock.
Offshore Boats Report:
Only a few boats sailed yesterday but they caught plenty of meat fish. They had catches of Dolphin, Yellowfin, Blackfin, 3 Wahoo, a few Albacore and Jack Crevelle. There were Billfish releases. Wreck fishing trip had their limits of Tilefish.
