Surf Fishing Report:
Beach anglers caught a good variety yesterday. Black Drum, Trout, Sea Mullet, Croakers and Blow Toads. The water is calm with nice swells this morning.
The winds are SW at 5 and the water temp is 69 degrees.
Sound Fishing Report:
The Little Bridge on the Nags Head/Manteo causeway reported a super day on Thursday. There were Trout, Flounder, Puppy Drum and limits of Stripers caught.
Pier Fishing Report:
Avalon: A few Trout.
Nags Head: Trout and Bluefish.
Jennette’s: Speckle Trout and Black Drum.
Outer Banks: Nice Blues, Black Drum, Flounder and Trout.
Inshore Boats/Nearshore Report:
Nearshore and Inshore boats caught a few Trout and good catches of Blues. Miss Oregon Inlet fished and caught Flounder, Sea Mullet, Croakers, Sea Robin and Puffers.
Offshore Boats Report:
Alright! 5 boats sailed yesterday and were rewarded with limits of Mahi Mahi and scattered Yellowfin.
