Surf Fishing Report:

There are Bluefish, small Black Drum and small Trout along our beaches. Lots of Trout anglers on the beach this morning. Every so often you will catch that keeper. Lind Harper caught her 22 in Speck using a Z-man jig with a popping cork. (Picture).

The winds are SE at 4 and the water temp is 65 degrees.

 

Sound Fishing Report:
The Little Bridge on the Nags Head/Manteo causeway reported a few Trout and Stripers.

 

Pier Fishing Report:

Avalon: Trout, Puffers and Bluefish

Nags Head: Trout, some keepers and Bluefish

Jennette’s: Bluefish, Puffers and Trout. 2 Red Drum this morning.

Outer Banks: Trout, Blow Toads, Black Drum and Puppy Drum. Caught 3 Reds yesterday. 47, 47, and 45 in.  

 

Inshore Boats/Nearshore Report:
Inshore and Nearshore boats are decking Blues and a few Stripers.


Offshore Boats Report:
The offshore fleet caught a considerable amount of Blackfin, plenty of Yellowfin and several Dolphin. There were a few Wahoo caught with some King Mackerel as well. One White Marlin was released.
