Surf Fishing Report:
The water has calmed some from yesterday, but surf fishing would be tough. Water has cleared some. Rain is expected most of the day.
The winds are ENE at 14 and the water temp is 63 degrees.
Sound Fishing Report:
The Little Bridge on the Nags Head/Manteo causeway, no report.
Pier Fishing Report:
Avalon: Puffers, Sea Mullet and 2 Red Drum early.
Nags Head: A few small Bluefish.
Jennette’s: Bluefish, Sea Mullet, Puffers one keeper Puppy Drum and released a big Red Drum.
Outer Banks: Bluefish.
Inshore Boats/Nearshore Report:
The boats stayed tied to the docks.
Offshore Boats Report:
None of the boats made it out yesterday due to unfavorable conditions.
