There were scattered Drum on the Buxton beaches and Frisco beaches. I have nothing to report from our beaches.
We have a new Striper rule as of Jan 1st. . . . You can keep only one fish per person that measures 28 in TL minimum.
On Jan 9th, 2011, we had a new state record caught by Keith Angel. Angel’s 64-lb Striped Bass measured 53 ¼ inches in length and 33 ¾ inches in girth. (Picture).
Today we have W winds at 10 and the water temp is 46 degrees.
