There will be rain high wind and full moon this weekend. That is not a good combination for the Outer Banks. Inland is expecting snow and we will have heavy rains.
Sea Mullet, small Trout, small Drum beached in Hatteras, Frisco and Dogfish from ramp 34 to 44.
We have NE winds at 12 and the water temp is 46 degrees.
