Surf Fishing Report:
We have had the most beautiful beach days the last couple of weeks but not a lot I can say about the fishing. I'm looking forward to the fall season.
There were Croaker reported at the Point and up and down the beaches with Sea Mullet and small Pompano. Spanish and Puppy Drum at ramp 55. We have Sea Mullet, Bluefish, Croaker and Spot on our beaches.

Sound Fishing Report:
The Little Bridge on the Nags Head/Manteo causeway reported catching small Trout, Flounder and Croaker.

Pier Fishing Report:
Avalon:Bluefish.
Nags Head: Puppy Drum, Pompano and Bluefish.
Jennette’s: Pigfish and Bluefish.
Outer Banks: Pompano, Bluefish and lots of Sheepshead.

Inshore Boats/nearshore Report:
Nearshore Anglers caught Albacore, Ribbonfish and Spanish. Inshore had good Drum fishing and Speckeled Trout.

Offshore Boats Report:
Yellowfin and Blackfin were caught yesterday and the regular billfish releases. I talked to Oregon Inlet this morning and that is about all I got from them today.

The winds are SW at 6 and the water temp is mid seventies degrees. Mostly cloudy, light winds, flat Ocean.
