Surf Fishing Report:
Surf fishing is overall slow with Hatteras Island catching Sea Mullet and Pompano. We can claim a few Spot and Sea Mullet.

Sound Fishing Report:
The Little Bridge on the Nags Head/Manteo causeway reported catching Croaker, Trout, Drum and Stripers.

Pier Fishing Report:
Avalon: 3 Puppy Drum, Sea Mullet and Spot.
Nags Head: Pompano, Mullet, Drum and Bluefish.
Jennette’s: False Albacore, Pinfish, Flounder.
Outer Banks: Sea Mullet on sand fleas, 58 Lb Cobia was caught Sunday.

Inshore Boats/nearshore Report:
Conditions were still a little iffy yesterday but a few boats went out. Nearshore had Ribbonfish and Albacore, Inlet charters caught Trout, Drum and Rockfish, and there were Drum and Trout in the sounds.

Offshore Boats Report:
A few boats braved the conditions yesterday and were rewarded. Meat fishing was good with Blackfin, Dolphin, Wahoo and Tilefish. There were Blue and White Marlin releases with a Sailfish.

The winds are E at 15 and the water temp is 78 degrees. Mostly sunny, breezy, flat, choppy Ocean
