It is a bright sunny cold day on the Outer Banks. The air temp is 32 degrees this morning. The wind is NW at 18 and the water temp is 41 degrees.
Weather permitting; the Bonner Bridge over Oregon Inlet will close a section of one lane for repairs starting today. Work will continue to June.
