It was an extremely hot day but the fishing was better with Avon reporting Croaker, Pompano, Spanish and Mullet. The Point had Shark, Mullet, Pompano and Spanish. Frisco had catches of Sea Mullet, Pompano and Spanish. Pompano at Hatteras Inlet.
Not that lucky on our side of the bridge. I heard there were small Pompano in Nags Head and some scattered Sea mullet.
