Surf Fishing Report:
The weather is not cooperating. Not much news from Hatteras Island. Avon reported Pompano and Frisco had Pompano and Sea Mullet. On this side of the bridge there were Sea Mullet, Spot and Drum.

Sound Fishing Report:
The Little Bridge on the Nags Head/Manteo causeway reported catching bottom fish.

Pier Fishing Report:
Avalon: Spanish are biting now (8:45).
Nags Head: Blow Toad, Sea Mullet.
Jennette’s: Pompano,Spot, Pigfish and Bluefish.
Outer Banks: Pompano, Bluefish, Blow Toads and Sheepshead.

Inshore Boats/nearshore Report:
Most boats laid to the docks because of the wind but a couple fished the Inlet and caught Spanish, Bluefish and released some nice Striper.

Offshore Boats Report:
None of the fleet was able to make it out today due to the unfavorable conditions.

The winds are NE at 14 and the water temp is 78 degrees. Mostly cloudy, breezy, choppy Ocean
