Surf Fishing Report:
The Spanish bite was exceptional in Frisco yesterday. Big Drum on the sound side of Hatteras inlet. And Pompano, Sea Mullet and some Blues scattered on the beaches. We had Spanish, in the southern shore vicinity all weekend, and Sea Mullet, Pompano, nice Spot up and down.
I hope everyone had a happy, safe, and blessed Labor day.

Sound Fishing Report:
The Little Bridge on the Nags Head/Manteo causeway reported catching Trout, Puppy Drum, Flounder and bottom fish reported for the weekend but overall slow for the little Bridge.

Pier Fishing Report:
Avalon:Spanish, Blues, Drum and Spot.
Nags Head: Mullet, Drum, Sheepshead and Bluefish.
Jennette’s: Puppys and Spanish.
Outer Banks: Spanish, Puppy Drum. Spot.

Inshore Boats/nearshore Report:
the inlet boats caught Trout, Spanish and some Bluefish.

Offshore Boats Report:
The weather was still a hindrance to the fleet. They manage to have a good day in the long run catching Yellofin, Blackfin, Mahi and many Billfish citations.

The winds are NE at 14 and the water temp is 78 degrees. Mostly cloudy, breezy, expecting showers, choppy swell.
