Surf Fishing Report:
Spanish and Blues were caught at the point on sting silvers. There were Sea Mullet and Pompano in Buxton and Flounder and Sea Mullet in the Frisco area. Ramp 45 reported 3-5 lb Spanish.
There are scattered Spanish on our beaches with some Sea Mullet. Lots of Pompano reported by Stan at MP 19 but that is all the info I got from him.

Sound Fishing Report:
The Little Bridge on the Nags Head/Manteo causeway reported catching small Trout.

Pier Fishing Report:
Avalon:23 in Puppy Drum, 1 Spanish and Spot.
Nags Head: Bluefish,Puppy Drum and Pompano.
Jennette’s: 40 in King Mckeral.
Outer Banks: Sheepshead.

Inshore Boats/nearshore Report:
Near shore had a smorgasbord day catching Cobia, Albacore, Ribbonfish Spanish, Kings, and Mahi. Inshore catches of Drum and Trout continue to be good.

Offshore Boats Report:
Despite the fact the fleet has had to deal with some rough east wind conditions for several days they continue with good catches of Dolphin, some gaffers, Yellowfin, Blackfin and and lots of flags flying.

The winds are E at 17 and the water temp is 78 degrees. Showers likely, breezy, rough Ocean.
