Surf Fishing Report:
It was a wet day. Same circumstances again today and probably tomorrow. The Ocean is fisherable. If you are not up to surf fishing there are the piers, the little Bridge and the wildlife pier and Nags Head gazebo all located on the causeway.
Hatteras Island had scattered Spanish, some Bluefish and Sea Mullet, small Pompano. Frisco had an awesome run of Spanish and Bluefish on shorelures and stingsilvers.
The north beaches reported some Puppy Drum, Sea Mullet and Pompano.

Sound Fishing Report:
The Little Bridge on the Nags Head/Manteo causeway caught small Puppy Drum.

Pier Fishing Report:
Avalon: Puppy Drum, Spanish and Pompano.
Nags Head: Puppy Drum, Spot and Sea Mullet.
Jennette’s: Nothing yet.
Outer Banks: Few Mullet.

Inshore Boats/nearshore Report:
Nearshore anglers caught Spanish, Bluefish, False Albacore and King Mackerel. Inlet boats had Bluefish, Trout and Drum.

Offshore Boats Report:
It was an fantastic White Marlin day with plenty Yellowfin and Dolphin to be laid out on the docks.
