Most of the Outer Banks Holiday visitors have left the Island today. Fishing was not great on the northern beaches. Holiday sales were good. TW’s store still has great bargains.
I thank our customers for sharing their news and pictures with us this past year and can’t wait to see what 2016 brings.
There were small Trout, Sea Mullet, and Bluefish scattered from Buxton to Hatteras. It was slow. I have nothing from the north beaches. Not many people fishing. I would say they may have been more interested in watching football.
There have been small Stripers and some small Trout reported at Mann’s Harbor.
Jennette’s Pier decked some Sea Mullet, Bluefish and False Albacore yesterday.
We have N winds at 15-30 and the water temp is 55 degrees.
