Surf Fishing Report:
Despite the conditions Puppy Drum were caught at the Point. They were only about 20 to 30 yds out according to the Red Drum. I have no news from the north beaches. I still say try fishing close to the beach. I have caught many a drum in the wash with my trusty 8 ft black and white Daiwa rod.....But if you are getting stir crazy you can browse the store and see whats new in merchandise there is to see.

NCDOT Working to reopen N.C. Highway 12 today; Additional overwash possible with Wednesday’s high tide

Sound Fishing Report:
The Little Bridge on the Nags Head/Manteo causeway reported catching Trout and Drum. They were small in size. Today is another day.

Pier Fishing Report:
Avalon: few Puppy Drum.
Nags Head: Puppy Drum
Jennette’s: No contact with Jennette's.
Outer Banks: Puppy Drum and an 18 in Trout.

Inshore Boats/nearshore Report:
Some inshore boats fished the inlet and caught Bluefish.

Offshore Boats Report:
Off shore boats are still in.

The winds are w at 9 and the water temp is 70 degrees. Sunny, breezy, choppy Ocean
