Surf Fishing Report:
There are Bluefish, Spot and Drum up and down on all the beaches.

I have pictures this morning that has no name or any other info. Please send your name and the species of the fish and where you caught it. I also have a picture of a little fellow with his first fish. The picture has been reduced so small I cannot use it. Please send it again.

Sound Fishing Report:
The Drum action from the Little Bridge on the Nags Head/Manteo causeway has been over the top the last several days. Also catching some bottom fish and Trout.

Pier Fishing Report:
Avalon: Trout few Drum, and Spot
Nags Head: Mullet, Drum, Flounder and Specks.
Jennette’s: Puppies, Blackfin, Puffers, Sea Mullet and Shark off the end.
Outer Banks: Puppy Drum, Flounder and Croaker

Inshore Boats/nearshore Report:
The inshore fleet are catching Trout, Striped Bass and bottom fish. Nearshore anglers decked Spanish, Bluefin and false Albacore. Sound fishing in the area of the Little Bridge is good for catching Drum and Trout as well.

Offshore Boats Report:
Offshore fishing is getting back to normal with the fleet having an impressive day catching Blackfin, Yellowfin and plenty Mahi with some boats catching their limits.

The winds are S at 4 and the water temp is 72 degrees. Mostly sunny, calm winds, med swells.
