Surf Fishing Report:
Avon had Sea Mullet, Puppy Drum and Bluefish, Buxton had Puppy Drum, Bluefish and Pompano, Frisco caught Puppy Drum, Bluefish, Flounder, Sea Mullet and Pompano and Puppy Drum in Hatteras. The North beaches fish of the day were Drum and there were Bluefish and Spot as well.

Sound Fishing Report:
The Little Bridge on the Nags Head/Manteo causeway reported catching good Drum and Trout fishing.

Pier Fishing Report:
Avalon: Trout and Puppy Drum.
Nags Head: Spot and Drum.
Jennette’s: Puffers, Black Drum, Pompano and Bluefish.
Outer Banks: No contact.

Inshore Boats/nearshore Report:
Nearshore anglers caught Spanish, Bluefish and False Albacore. Inshore had Trout, Red Drum, and Bluefish.

Offshore Boats Report:
The weather did not help yesterday but the fishing did not disappoint. They found the Dolphin and caught a King Mackerel

The winds are NW at 7 and the water temp is 72 degrees. Mostly sunny, calm
