Surf Fishing Report:
Scattered Puppy Drum and Sea Mullet. It was really a tough day to surf fish.
Southern Shores has been the hot spot over the last week. John Odenkirk told me he was one of 3 that fished Southern Shores and S. Duck. The beach was deserted other than his party of 3. They put 8 on the beach and kept 3. Lost and Missed many. TW's cut mullet was the key.

I am having blog problems as in mine has been discontinued and the fishing report is a bit more trouble to post. I don't think this is going to be an easy fix but we are working on it. The report may be late most mornings.

Sound Fishing Report:
The Little Bridge on the Nags Head/Manteo causeway reported an astronomical weekend catching Drum. Hope you were there.

Pier Fishing Report:
Avalon: Puppy Drum, Trout, Spot.

Nags Head: Black Drum, Mullet, Trout, Puppy Drum

Jennette’s: False Albacore, Bluefish, Trout, Black Drum, Puffers, Sea Mullet, Spot, Puppy Drum and Pompano.

Outer Banks: Good size Spot, 2 at the time, Sea Mullet, 21 in Puppy.

Inshore Boats/nearshore Report:
A couple of boats sailed and caught Puppy Drum and Trout. One boat went for Stripers and succeeded.

Offshore Boats Report:

Another Blow day. That should not be a problem for the next several days.

The winds are NW at 7 and the water temp is 68 degrees. Sunny, light winds, flat, choppy Ocean
