It is going to be another cold but sunny day on the Outer Banks. The air temp is not going to reach 50 degrees. The wind is NW this morning at 11 kts. The water temp is 48 degrees. I have nothing to report today. Jennette’s Pier continues to report Skate and Dogfish. The charters are at the docks.
