Surf Fishing Report:
Bluefish were reported in Frisco and Hatteras, some Pompano in Frisco and the point.
On the north side of the Inlet there were some Bluefish and Puppy Drum. Drum were on the beaches from Oregon Inlet to Carova. Kitty Hawk had a little of everything reported yesterday. The ocean is Crystal clear again today. I would think there would be some Bluefish and Trout added to the Drum bite.

Sound Fishing Report:
The Little Bridge on the Nags Head/Manteo causeway reported good Trout and Drum fishing the last couple of days.

Pier Fishing Report:
Avalon: Bluefish and Trout, 2 keepers.
Nags Head: Mullet, Trout, Black Drum, Puppy Drum and Bluefish.
Jennette’s: Puffer, Spot, Black Drum and Bluefish.
Outer Banks: Slow.

Inshore Boats/nearshore Report:
Inshore anglers decked Striper, Trout and Drum.

Offshore Boats Report:
It was a profitable day with the fleet catching a substantial number of Blackfin and Yellowfin and some Wahoo and a few Dolphin. There were also Billfish releases.

The winds are NE at 3 and the water temp is 78 degrees. Partly sunny, calm winds,
med clean swell.
